By attending our auctions or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically.

I. General Guidelines

• • Mitigrit acts solely as a facilitator and is not involved directly in the buying or selling of vehicles.
• • These Terms may be revised periodically and updated on our website. The latest version will always apply.
• • Visit our website or contact us to view auction times, inventory, and other relevant information.
• • Unless stated otherwise, all vehicles are sold with a minimum reserve price, and we may bid on behalf of the seller.
• • We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our discretion. Otherwise, all sales are final.

II. Bidding Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old, provide valid identification, complete registration requirements, pay applicable fees, and be financially qualified to participate.
• • You authorize us to access and share your financial or transaction history with third parties for creditworthiness verification or debt collection purposes. Marketing-related sharing may be opted out of by contacting us.
• • As a private, invitation-only platform, we reserve the right to restrict or revoke access without notice for policy violations or unpaid accounts.

III. Payment and Charges

• • Buyers are responsible for all associated fees, including buyer's fees, taxes, title fees, storage charges, and any other applicable costs.
• • This is not a credit service. Full payment is required on the day of sale unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• • Storage fees apply if purchased vehicles are not removed promptly. Responsibility for the vehicle transfers to the buyer upon purchase.
• • Legal fees, court costs, collection expenses, and related charges incurred in collecting unpaid balances are your responsibility.
• • Only bank transfers are accepted. Checks and payment cards are not accepted. Ownership transfers once payment has been verified.
• • We may apply deposits or any funds held on your behalf toward unpaid balances owed to us.

IV. Condition, Risk, and Responsibility

• • Vehicles are sold as used, damaged, or salvaged, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.
• • Vehicle information provided is for reference only. Buyers are responsible for independently verifying all details before bidding.
• • Vehicle documents will only be released after full payment has been received and verified.
• • Auction facilities may be busy and hazardous. You enter and participate entirely at your own risk.
• • We are not liable for theft, vandalism, damage, or loss occurring before, during, or after the auction.

V. Vehicle Disputes

You acknowledge and agree to our Arbitration Policy, including our no-return and no-refund policy. Any dispute relating to a vehicle sale must be resolved under the Arbitration Policy, and Mitigrit's determination shall be final.

VI. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute not specifically covered by the Arbitration Policy shall be resolved through individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class actions, consolidated proceedings, or group claims.

If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be deemed void.

• • You agree to the terms listed on any bill of sale and the general terms published on our website.
• • In the event of a conflict between those terms and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
